SEQUENTIAL ENGRAVING OF Z CUTS

This is a highly innovative feature which enables high productivity in complex cutting tables with an increased number of both trimming and Z cuts. This is done by processing the laminated glass sheet in a completely new way. More precisely, the work phases are as follows:

• - Cutting the subplate
• - Engraving (upper and lower) of all Z cuts on the subplate (before its rotation)
• - Crossbeam subplate
• - Automatic execution of the remaining cuts while the operator manually separates trimmings using a heating lamp at the end of the line

This working method offers enormous production benefits on both automatic and simpler lines by removing the need to rotate the glass to make Z-cuts and any consequent parking of the remainder of the subplate.
