COMPACT COMBINED CUTTING LINE FOR CUTTING FLOAT AND LAMINATED GLASS COMPOSED OF "MASTER SHAPE 3.7 FR" AND "STRATO ACTIVE 3.7 F" (E) TABLES

The combination of the "Master Shape 3.7 FR" and "Strato Active F 3.7", or "Strato Active E 3.7" models means you can create an extremely compact combined line for cutting half sheets of float glass and laminated glass, with particularly compact overall dimensions and benefiting from all the technological and production advantages offered by the two tables, each equipped with its own control unit on which the specific optimisation program is loaded.

The front of the line doesn't have any external obstructions, thanks to the special design of the machines and the positioning of the table control console for laminated glass above the work table, which means the operator can move easily around the perimeter of the machine.

The small footprint of the cutting decks gives the operator complete visibility of the line and easy handling of the sheet and cut glass. Both tables can be equipped with a grinding wheel for edge deletion of Low-E glass: “cup” grinding wheel on the "Master Shape 3.7 FR" and “peripheral” grinding wheel on the "Strato Active".

Loading, engraving and breakout of float glass takes place entirely on the "Master Shape 3.7 FR" support plane but when you need to process laminated glass, this table will be used solely for loading and supporting the sheet and the cut glass will be unloaded using the "Strato Active" tilt arms.

The modular design of the machines means the glass cutting line can be configured in the desired working direction.
