XL CONFIGURATION

HIGHLY-AUTOMATED COMBINED LINE FOR CUTTING FLOAT AND LAMINATED GLASS SHEETS WITH LAMINATED MODULE, EQUIPPED WITH AUTOMATIC WORKPIECE TURNER AND EXTRACTION OF CUT GLASS, AND FLOAT GLASS BREAKOUT MODULE POSITIONED AT THE END OF THE LINE

Automatic combined lines for the handling, cutting and breakout of sheets, both float glass and laminated glass, designed to achieve high production capacities and characterised by the positioning of the breakout table downstream of the cutting module for laminated glass and completely integrated with the latter.

This line configuration, called "XL", is particularly suitable for productions more oriented to the cutting of float glass since the float glass sheet, once engraved, can be completely translated on the breakout table for separation, thus allowing the engraving of the next sheet.

Grinding wheels for edge deletion of Low-E glass can be mounted on the cutting table for float glass, for standard and structural glass grinding, or on the cutting table for laminated glass for maximum precision and flexibility.

Since these combined lines are highly customisable, the technical characteristics of the various models can be seen by looking at the relevant section, considering that these lines are typically formed by the combination of the "Star Cut" models in FB configuration and "Strato Active W", or "Strato Active WR" or "Strato Active HP".

Different solutions are available for the automatic printing and labelling of glass sheets depending on the configuration of the cutting line.

Protection of the working area for more automatic configurations is provided by modern laser scanners that monitor the various areas of the glass cutting machine without any obstacles or obstructions on the ground.
