HIGHLY AUTOMATED CUTTING LINE FOR LAMINATED GLASS WITH OPTIMISER, SUBPLATE ROTATION DEVICE, PVB CUTTING BLADE, ELECTRONIC SEPARATOR AND TILT ARMS FOR AUTOMATIC GLASS UNLOADING

"Strato Active W" cutting tables are automatic tables for cutting laminated glass, designed to be added to highly automated cutting lines, guaranteeing high production capacities thanks to the exclusive 0-360° automatic subplate rotation device, performing X-Y-Z-W cuts, transporting and automatically unloading cut glass at the end of the line, positioning glass vertically on the tilt table, and automatically unloading trimmings into a special collection box, which can be lifted by a crane or forklift for emptying and cleaning.

The "Strato Active W" has automatic glass separation control that activates the PVB cutting blade only when the glass has been properly separated. This control allows self-adjustment of the heating time, which no longer needs to be adjusted by the operator. Separation of the laminated glass is done by a controlled axis driven by a brushless motor, which gives extreme precision when separating, thus avoiding any risk of delamination by the PVB. Automatic minimum trim is up to 2 cm from the sheet edge. The table can be equipped with a flat grinding wheel, for edge deletion of Low-E glass, for excellent machining quality.

As the control unit is situated right inside the work table and thanks to specific technical devices in the machine design, the front of the cutting line is completely free of obstacles and protrusions, which means the operator can easily navigate around it. Complete visibility of the work cycle is ensured by the smaller cutting decks which give the operator a complete view of the entire line, as well as the transparent housing which can be easily lifted and allow the operator easy access to the working tools for routine maintenance.

Protection of the working area by modern laser scanners which monitor the various areas of the laminated glass cutting machine without any external obstacles or obstructions on the ground.
