Dynamic Loader S

Automatic selective loading machines and glass tilting tables for loading of flat glass sheets

The Dynamic Selective Loaders are machines designed for the automatic loading of glass sheets, whether monolithic or laminated glass, from vertical racks, including both fixed racks and automatic warehouses, and for transferring the sheets to one or more cutting lines which may be dedicated to monolithic glass or laminated glass cutting.
All these loaders, equipped with floor-mounted rails for transverse motion, are available in different configurations:
• Single-sided: for loading glass sheets from racks positioned on one side only
• Double-sided: for loading glass sheets from racks positioned on both sides
• Jumbo-only version (6.0): for handling only jumbo glass sheets
• Jumbo or double half-sheet version (6.0 Plus): for handling either jumbo sheets or two side-by-side half-size sheets

Glass sheet pickup is performed automatically using a suction cup group mounted on a rotating telescopic arm. The arm lifts, enters the rack space, picks up the sheet, separates it from the others, extracts it, and positions it horizontally before transferring it to one or more cutting lines.
These automatic loaders offer exceptional flexibility, characterized by their ability to:
• Pick-up sheets from racks placed on either side of the movement direction
• Pick-up sheets from racks loaded with one row of “jumbo” sheets or two rows of side-by-side “half sheets“
• Rotate around their own vertical axis to pass through narrow bays
• Handle various glass sheet formats thanks to the automatic exclusion of suction cups, eliminating the need for operator intervention and preventing production interruptions for adjustments

All movements (translation, tilting, sheet separation, etc.) are electrically driven by brushless motors and controlled via CNC (Numerical Control), ensuring maximum speed and precision.
Automation is based on the latest PC-based control technology, which combines the flexibility and performance of PC with the robustness and stability of PLC, thus enabling machines to achieve high performance in complete safety and reliability. The control and management of the loaders takes place via an independent control panel near the machine which communicates directly with the cutting lines for float glass and the cutting lines for laminated glass and with which it continuously exchanges information, before automatically receiving the lists for loading or returning the glass sheet, since loaders with suction cup arms allow the remaining work to be received and deposited on the chosen stand if equipped with the appropriate devices.
